Jamie Marie (Skaggs) Oliver of Frisco, Texas was called home on January 13, 2022, at the age of 44.

A cherished Daughter, Sister, Aunt, and Friend, Jamie was born in Piccadilly, Newfoundland, Canada on October 22, 1977, to proud, first-time parents James Merlin Skaggs and Elizabeth Maude (Gale) Skaggs.

Jamie was a salesperson for Ed’s Lawn Equipment of Addison, Texas and spent most of her career in retail operations. Jamie was very thoughtful, intelligent, and tech-savvy; her favorite times were spent curled up with a good book or spoiling her beloved dog, Mr. Bunz.

Jamie is survived by her parents, James and Elizabeth Skaggs of Frisco, Texas; her two sisters, Liz Skaggs and husband, Manuel Guerra, Jr. of Dallas, Texas, and Sonya Boyd and husband, Judd, of Decatur, Texas; her nephew, Jonathan Boyd of Decatur, Texas; her grandparents, Mary Greene and Lillian and Bertram Gale of Canada; and her baby, Mr. Bunz.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Sam Greene.
